Scolari Enterprise was founded in 2022, starting completely from scratch. It was built on one conviction: many people have the ability, talent and ambition, but not yet the access to the information, methods and tools they need to fulfil their potential.

We built our company to close that gap. And we keep building it every day, with the same ambition we started with.

Scolari Enterprise is led by Mattia and Nicolò Scolari, who share the company’s strategic decisions, its development and the responsibility for its key business initiatives.

With complementary skills and responsibilities, both are actively involved in client advisory, business development and the management of the company’s operations.

    Mattia Scolari is the Founder and CEO of Scolari Enterprise, a strategic consulting, education and business development firm established in 2022.

    Together with Nicolò, he leads the company’s development, helping to define its strategy, growth priorities and key business initiatives.

    His work spans strategic consulting, business model development, positioning, and the design of offers and sales systems, alongside direct involvement in day-to-day operations and client projects.

    His approach combines entrepreneurial vision, education and implementation, with the aim of turning knowledge and strategy into concrete, structured solutions that create lasting value.

    Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

    Nicolò Scolari is Co-Founder and COO of Scolari Enterprise, where he shares with Mattia the strategic leadership of the company and the responsibility for its development.

    He plays an active role in the company’s key business decisions, in shaping its growth strategy and in developing its solutions and initiatives.

    His work spans client advisory, business development, process organisation and the coordination of operations, with direct involvement on both the strategic and the operational side.

    His approach combines entrepreneurial vision, organisational capability and a focus on execution, contributing to efficient systems, continuous improvement and lasting value for clients.
